I have a rash but I hope to god it is not scarlet fever, although looking at the photo of scarlet fever, it does look a lot like what I have. I will go see my doctor, thanks for the information.

Verruca are the WORST thing, I HATE them! After suffering a couple of painful verruca on my feet for over a year I decided enough of trying stoopid stuff like putting banana peel on them overnight, so I bought a verruca gel and put it on in the mornings and at night. It took a long time but it eventually worked, like after 5 months! It’s the only way though.

You can treat blisters with toothpaste? Does that really work? I have a burn blister that is giving me *a lot* of pain, so I guess I’ll try anything! I’ll post back if it works lol.

That is an amazing picture of a head lice, I’ve never seen it as close up as that before! Further to the advice on getting rid of head lice that is given above, I would add that the best way to get rid of head lice is quite simple and people should not get hung up over it. First of all, cut the hair short! It is impossible to treat girls if the hair is long – forget it – you will not get rid of the head lice without cutting the hair back. Then you must wash with a lice treatment, or a good conditioner. Then the final step, use a good nit comb and spend a good 20 minutes cleaning the hair with it. This is the only way to get rid of head lice for sure!

Ringworm is a fungal infection? I thought it was actually a worm! What is it called when your kids have a worm infection if it is not ringworm?
